"Come now, let us reason together." Isaiah 1:18

"Can we talk?" That's what I heard God say to me this morning in this text as I considered my list of absolutes in His Word. Absolute forgiveness is a concept I talk about regularly, but it's not always as easy to actually accept the reality.

I think God knew that would be a problem so He repeats Himself twice, for my sake:

1.    "Though your sins are like scarlet they shall be as white as snow."

2.    "Though they be red like crimson they shall be as wool."

"No matter how bad it looks to you," says God, "I can clean it up." No matter what shade of red my sin might take, God's promise is that He will make my life the only shade of white that exists—pure white!

Today, enjoy the assurance of absolute forgiveness in Him.
